Firefox

Learn how to enable your cookies:

  1. On the menu bar, click on the Firefox menu and select Preferences...
  2. Select the Privacy panel.
  3. Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
  4. Check mark Accept cookies from sites to enable Cookies, and uncheck it to disable them.
  5. Close the Preferences window

Blocking cookies might prevent some webpages from displaying correctly.

Learn how to enable Javascript:

  1. Open the Tools menu (Windows) or the Firefox menu (OS X).
  2. Select Options ... (Windows) or Preferences ... (OS X), to open a dialog box.
  3. In the row of colored icons at the top, click Content.
  4. Click the check box to the left of Enable JavaScript so that a tick appears. (Click again to remove the tick if you want to disable JavaScript.)
  5. Click OK to close the dialog box.

Safari

Learn how to enable your cookies:

  1. From the Safari menu, click Preferences.
  2. From the Security dialog box, next to Accept Cookies, click to select Always.
  3. Click Close.

  1. Open the Safari menu (OS X), or the Edit menu (Windows). (If the menu is not visible, press the Alt key.)
  2. Select Preferences ...
  3. In the Preferences dialog box, click the Security icon (a padlock).
  4. In the Web Content section, click the check box next to Enable JavaScript so that a tick appears. (Click again to remove the tick if you want to disable JavaScript.)
  5. Close the Preferences dialog box by clicking the red button at the top left (OS X) or by clicking the X icon at the top right (Windows).

Internet Explorer

Version 9, 8, and 7:

  1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button, and then clicking Internet Explorer.
  2. Click the Tools button, and then click Internet options.
  3. Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to the top to block all cookies or to the bottom to allow all cookies, and then click OK.

Learn how to enable Javascript:

Version 9:

  1. In the upper-right corner, click the gear icon.
  2. From the drop-down list, select Internet options.
  3. Select the Security tab.
  4. Click the Custom level ... button.
  5. Scroll to the Scripting heading.
  6. Select the appropriate radio button.
    • To enable JavaScript, under Active scripting, select the Enable radio button.
    • To disable JavaScript, under Active scripting, select the Disable radio button.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Click the Yes button.
  9. Click OK.

Versions 7 and 8:

  1. Open the Tools menu.
  2. Select Internet Options, to open the Internet Options dialog box.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Click the Internet symbol (a globe).
  5. Click the Custom Level ... button, to open the Security Settings dialog box.
  6. In the Settings list, scroll down to Scripting.
  7. Under Active Scripting, click the radio button to the left of Enable, so that a colored dot appears in it. (Click �Disable� if you want to disable JavaScript.)
  8. Click OK to close the Security Settings dialog box.
  9. Click Yes in the Warning! message box.
  10. Click OK to close the Internet Options dialog box.
