Q. How can I purchase Nikken products?
A. You may purchase products through your Independent Nikken Consultant or directly from Nikken. Order online at the Personal Web Page of your Nikken Consultant, or at myNikken.com. If you choose to order while browsing products at Nikken.com, you will be prompted to enter your ID and Password so that your purchase can be properly processed. You also have the option to order products by phone or fax (see above).
Q. How do I contact Nikken?
A. Visit us online anytime by logging into myNikken.com using your unique Member ID and Password (provided in your welcome e-mail). Q. What if I want to return or exchange a product?
A. Nikken will replace products that are defective in workmanship or damaged in shipping for the same products originally purchased. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Nikken and written on the outside of the package being returned. Unused products may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date, with freight and insurance prepaid. An RMA must be requested from Nikken and written on the package prior to return.
