The NIKKEN Wave Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The NIKKEN Wave Rewards Program (the "Program"). The Program is a loyalty and rewards program offered by NIKKEN Inc. ("NIKKEN," "we," "us," or "our"). All Registered Customers are eligible to participate in this reward program. By participating in the Program, you ("you," "your," or "Registered Customer") agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Terminology

  • Program: Refers to The NIKKEN Wave Rewards Program as described in these Terms and Conditions.
  • Referred Customer: A potential customer who receives a link from a Registered Customer and completes their first purchase through that link.
  • Sponsor: The upline person of the Registered Customer.
  • Nikken Independent Consultant: A Registered Customer who has officially signed up to be an independent representative of NIKKEN, eligible to earn commissions.
  • Points: The currency of the Program, earned by a Registered Customer for qualifying activities.

2. Eligibility

2.1. All registered customers are automatically enrolled in The Wave reward program. No additional action is required to participate.

2.2. The Nikken Wave Reward program is unique to each registered customer account and cannot be combined with other registered customer accounts participating in the Nikken Wave Reward Program.

3. Earning Points

Registered Customers can earn points in the following ways:

3.1. Personal Purchases:

USA Earn one (1) point for every one U.S. Dollar ($1.00 USD) spent on eligible products, excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees. Points are awarded based on the whole dollar amount of the purchase, rounded down. For example, a purchase of $288.60 USD will earn 288 points.

CANADA Earn one (1) point for every one Canadian Dollar ($1.00 CAD) spent on eligible products, excluding taxes, shipping, and handling fees. Points are awarded based on the whole dollar amount of the purchase, rounded down. For example, a purchase of $288.60 CAD will earn 288 points.

3.2. Referral Rewards:

  1. Share your unique referral link to refer new customers (Referred Customer) to experience Nikken Products.
  2. You will earn two hundred (200) bonus points when the Referred Customer completes their first-time order using your referral link. This reward is applicable only for each unique Referred Customer.
  3. Referral points will be credited to your account after the Referred Customer's order is confirmed and has passed any applicable cancellation and satisfaction return policies.
  4. The Referred Customer will receive a ten percent (10%) discount on their first-time single order, which will be automatically applied at checkout when using your referral link. This is not applicable to a subscription to the Autoship program.

3.3. Special Promotions: NIKKEN may offer special promotions, such as "Double Points" events, on select products or during specific periods. The terms and duration of these promotions will be announced at their outset.

4. Redeeming Points

4.1. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or sold.

4.2. The redemption rate:

USA Ten (10) points equals one U.S. Dollar ($1.00 USD) on e-wallet.

CANADA Ten (10) points equals one Canadian Dollar ($1.00 CAD) on e-wallet.

4.3. Points earned in the United States and points earned in Canada are maintained separately within the Registered Customer's e-wallet and are not interchangeable. U.S. points may only be redeemed for purchases made in the United States and in U.S. Dollars (USD), and Canadian points may only be redeemed for purchases made in Canada and in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Points must be used in the country and currency in which they were originally earned.

4.4. Registered Customers may redeem points at checkout purchases.

4.5. Points must be redeemed in increments of fifty (50). For example, you can redeem 50, 100, 150 points, etc.

4.6. The maximum number of points that can be redeemed in a single transaction cannot exceed the total purchase value.

5. Point Expiration

5.1. All earned points are valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issuance.

5.2. Any points not redeemed within twelve (12) months of being earned will automatically expire and be deducted from the Registered Customer's account balance.

6. Sponsorship and Path to Consultant

6.1. As a Registered Customer, you have the option to upgrade as an Independent Nikken Consultant to earn commissions on the future purchases of your Referred Customers.

6.2. A Registered Customer may sign up to become an Independent Nikken Consultant at any time. However, to "lock in" the sponsorship for commission eligibility on a specific Referred Customer, the Member must sign up within five (5) months of that Referred Customer's first purchase date.

6.3. If you do not sign up as an Independent Nikken Consultant within this five-month window for a specific Referred Customer, you will forfeit the opportunity to earn future commissions from that customer's subsequent orders, and the Referred Customer will be permanently placed under the distributorship of your Sponsor.

7. Program Modification and Termination

7.1. NIKKEN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice. This includes the right to change Program rules, benefits, point values, and expiration policies.

7.2. In the event of Program termination, NIKKEN will provide a reasonable period for Registered Customers to redeem their accumulated points.

7.3. Abuse of the Program, including failure to follow these Terms and Conditions, may result in the termination of your Registered Customer Account and the forfeiture of all accumulated points.

8. General

8.1. Data Privacy: By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by NIKKEN in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8.2. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and Canada, as applicable, without regard to conflict of law principles.
